Exchanges & Returns
We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
- Items must be in new condition with original tags attached unless faulty.
- Faulty goods will be handled as per the manufacturer’s warranty.
- We gladly exchange or refund items in their original packaging and condition.
- Please return items via registered post; we are not responsible for lost packages.
- Gift cards and promo codes cannot be applied to exchanges.
Timeframes for Exchanges & Returns:
- Full-price items – 30 days from the date of delivery
- Sale items – 21 days from the date of delivery
Note: Sale-priced items can only be returned for an online credit. Credits cannot be combined with other promotions.

Pricing
Displayed prices include GST for Australian customers. For international customers, a 10% handling fee applies (no GST included). Prices are subject to change without notice.
International duties or taxes are not included and must be paid by the customer upon delivery. All credit card charges are processed in Australian Dollars.
International Customs Charges
Some orders may incur customs or import duties based on your country’s regulations. colorsofwardrobe.com is not responsible for these charges. Please contact your local customs office for details.
If you refuse to pay customs charges, your parcel may be abandoned, and we will not be responsible for any resulting loss.
Liability
colorsofwardrobe.com is not liable for any losses caused by this site or linked sites. We reserve the right to refuse any order without reason. In case of cancellation, we’ll contact you and refund via the original payment method.
Change of Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you realize there’s an error after placing your order, contact hello@colorsofwardrobe.com immediately. We’ll try to correct it before dispatch, but once shipped, we can’t guarantee changes.
Acceptance of Goods
The buyer must inspect goods upon delivery and notify us within 5 working days if there are any faults or issues.
