Australia:

• FREE standard shipping for orders over $80 per transaction.
• $11.99 for all orders under $80 per transaction.
• $16.99 for express shipping on all orders.
• Allow approximately 2–7 business days for order processing (post-payment).
• Allow approximately 2–5 business days for standard delivery (post-processing).
• Allow approximately 1–3 business days for express delivery (post-processing).
• We use third-party courier services; tracking details provided on dispatch.
• During busy sale or promotional periods, dispatch and delivery may be delayed.

New Zealand:

• $17.99 for all New Zealand orders.
• No free shipping service is available for New Zealand deliveries.
• Allow approximately 2–7 business days for order processing (post-payment).
• Allow approximately 8–12 business days for standard delivery (post-processing).
• We use third-party courier services; tracking details provided on dispatch.

Please note: We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. Delivery times are indicative only and cannot be guaranteed, including Express Post.

• Subtotal calculated after all discounts are applied.
• Shipping costs are not counted towards order value.

How to Track My Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details (Australian Post for AUS orders).

Follow the instructions in the email to track delivery status.

If you do not receive a tracking number within 4 days of purchase, please email us at hello@colorsofwardrobe.com.

Additional Shipping Conditions

• We are not liable for loss or damage due to courier mishandling.
• Orders are delivered on business days only.
• A signature may be required on delivery. Provide an address where someone can receive and sign, or your package may go to the local post office for collection.
• During busy sale periods, dispatch and courier delivery may be delayed.
• Delivery times provided are estimates only. We are not responsible for late deliveries or loss/damage relating to late deliveries.
• If multiple items are ordered, partial deliveries may occur if stock is unavailable. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using your provided details.
• Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered addresses.
